We are proud of the impact we've made since 2012 in the HSI world working with thousands of HSI practitioners. Our biggest evidence of success is how many of these HSI practitioners report after attending a program that they would like to contribute to our organization and facilitate a program or coach with us.

We encourage our alumni to write about their transformational learning experiences with us. Browse below to read publications and listen to podcasts featuring ESCALA staff, facilitators, and program alumni.

Over 70% of our budget each year goes to paying our Latinx-majority facilitator teams. Each year, we supported over 100 Latinx and other underserved faculty and staff by hiring them into our facilitator, coach, and home team. All of our facilitators work in HSIs and their experiences are embedded into our programs as demonstrations of success.  By working with ESCALA but remaining in their HSIs, our ESCALA facilitators become equity and antiracist educator-leaders.
