Are you going to be sending faculty and staff to multiple programs this year? Consider joining as an Institutional Member. Membership runs for 12 months starting in March each year.  Institutional Members receive many benefits including HSI Roundtables, personalized institutional coaching, and significant discounts on National Offerings as well as on-campus programming such as keynotes and workshops. Institutional Cost: $6,000 for 12 months *Registration begins Feb 1, 2025 and Membership begins March 15.

Need something for just your campus? We offer three options for in-person or virtual programming, including keynotes and workshops. Please note that scheduling for on campus programs is limited and subject to the availability of our facilitators. To ensure smooth planning, we require a minimum of 4-6 months’ advance notice for all in-person programming, and prioritize our Institutional Members. Read more here.

Are you new to HSI work, or have you been wanting some extra help or advice on moving your initiatives forward? ESCALA's Strategic Coaching includes two personalized coaching sessions: an initial 45-minute needs assessment followed by a 1-hour strategy/advising session. At the second session you'll receive a Recommended Plan that outlines how you can build capacity within your eHSI or HSI with targeted professional development, data collection, and more. Sessions are tailored to your institution’s goals and existing HSI initiatives and assets. Read more about this program here.

Institutional Cost: Included in the Institutional Membership | $3,000 for non-members (price includes both sessions)

Need assistance with drafting the professional development component of your grant?  Or maybe you've received a grant award and want some assistance in getting your professional development kick started? We have worked with nearly 100 HSIs on professional development initiatives and have a lot of advice on what works with faculty and staff development initiatives funded by NSF-HSI, Title V/III grants and USDA-HSI grants.
