Membership Runs: March 15, 2025 - March 15, 2026
Institutional Membership Cost: $6,000
The 12-month membership provides the following services:
ESCALA National Program Registration Discounts: During the membership year, all individuals from your institution registering for 4 ESCALA's national offerings will receive a 5% discount on all registration fees, along with a priority registration window. Note: This discount applies to the CTL-HSI, CRF, Conocimientos, and STEM-X programs but excludes any discounts for the Moving Towards Serving for HSI Teams (MTS) Program.
Quarterly HSI Roundtable Discussions (4 sessions*): As an institutional member, anyone from your institution, including your HSI leadership team, faculty, staff, and students, will be able to attend quarterly roundtable discussions moderated by ESCALA facilitators. These 60-minute sessions provide HSI leaders and grant managers and directors with a space for sharing resources and discussing strategies for advancing HSI efforts with other HSI professionals nationwide. All roundtable discussions will run from 1:30-2:30 pm PT. Please see the schedule of dates below:

Strategic Coaching for PD Planning (2 sessions): As an institutional member, your institutional team will also receive two FREE Strategic Coaching sessions. These will be led by Kesia Ceniceros, ESCALA Client Strategist and Melissa Salazar, ESCALA CEO. The sessions include a 45-minute initial needs assessment followed by a 1-hour strategy and advisory session tailored to your institution's goals.
Discounts on Campus Programming: Institutional Members receive booking priority and pricing discounts for on-campus programming like keynotes and workshops for faculty, staff, and administrators.
