Sessions are tailored to your institution’s specific goals for advancing HSI initiatives and creating sustainable, long-term impact through data collection and professional development. You can invite as many people from your institution as you like to the Strategic Coaching Sessions. Each Session will be hosted by an experienced ESCALA partner and home team member.

Cost for PD Planning Strategic Coaching: Included in the Institutional Membership | $3,000 for non-members

How it Works:

Initial Needs Assessment (45 minutes): This first session is focused on gaining a deep understanding of your institution’s specific needs, challenges, and objectives. Through guided discussion, we assess where you are and identify the key opportunities for utilizing our programs and other resources to drive positive change.

Strategy/Advisory Session (1 hour): Following the initial needs assessment, this session is dedicated to providing your team with a clear, actionable strategy to enhance program adoption and drive institutionalization of servingness efforts based on the following areas:

Servingness Data and Measurement: Learn how to effectively gather and analyze disaggregated data to assess your institution’s "servingness," helping your institution to develop strategies to track progress towards Latine and other race/ethnicity groups of students.

Building Multi-Year Professional Development Plans: Receive expert guidance on designing long-term, sustainable professional development programs for faculty and staff. This session will provide insights into structuring initiatives that foster continuous growth, institutional effectiveness, and alignment with your strategic goals.
